One address, read by a person: support@tcgbolt.com
Before you write
A few things resolve themselves and are worth checking first, because they are the most common reasons people get in touch:
- A seller has not shipped. They have 3 days. After that the order cancels itself and you are refunded automatically — you do not need to ask.
- A dispute is waiting on the other side. Every deadline in a dispute resolves on its own if somebody does nothing. Nobody can run out the clock on you.
- You are waiting on a payout. Funds release after the buyer’s inspection window — 3 business days, or 5 on a larger lot — and arrive 3 to 5 business days later.
What to include
The order or listing reference — they look like BLT-4409 — and the email address on your account. That is enough to find everything else, and it saves a round trip.
What to expect
We answer during business hours, and we would rather reply properly than quickly. Anything involving money in flight — a dispute, a payout, a refund — goes first.
We will never email you asking for a password, a card number or a code. Nobody here needs any of those, and a message asking for one is not from us regardless of what the address looks like.
Reporting something
A listing or a person that breaks the rules is best reported from the page itself — there is a Report link at the bottom of every listing and every seller profile. It reaches the same people and arrives with the context already attached.
Privacy and your data
Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address. What we hold and how long we keep it is in the Privacy Policy.
